So I spent the night over at my ex's place

No its not what you think. I has to come down due to recent events which I posted about (see previous 2 posts just before this one).

At least I was able to bring some order and peace of mind, but also had to do some pretty harsh parenting.

For once my daughters mother and I were on the same page and no she wants me to come down more often because she realises she needs me around and so does our daughter.
