Fact, me and my mother never got invited to our extended family gathering at all tonight, should I be upset or better without them?

I mean it's not a big deal but sometimes being left out uninvited is very rude and not a good manner in my opinion. Or am I better off without them?

@Fernie Well my mom is sick not feeling well lately, but still they shouldn't have done that to us. It's not nice. I mean is fine, but my mother was bothered by it.

If its not an habit of them to not invite you, then maybe there are more non invited people and its was not all the family but something more casual.
