Are siblings punished the same way in your family? How?

My little siblings get only grounded while I get the belt or the horse whip even when I babysit them and they misbehave.

My mother physically,verbally and sexually abused my siblings and I.Dad split us up amongst family members.So,we weren't raised together much.I believe your parent(s) are going over the line with the horsewhip.I hope you aren't being abused that way.
