Have you seen this kind so parent?

I see and hear this a lot. The type of parent that is completely unaware that their kid hates/doesn't like them or has issues from the way they raised them.

That also tend to think their actions in no was influence their kids what so ever. If the kid come straight out and tells them they how they effect their live negetivly. There usually are caught of guard like it's news to them when it's obvious to the everyone else around them. And sometimes they usually brush it off as their kid being over emotional, over exaggerating, and/or too readily holding on to the past.

In their eyes, they were/are a normal parent that didn't do anything wrong with an otherwise standand relationship with their kid.

It's not malicious more as a complete disconnect from reality the situation and the power their influence.
