I Enjoy Shopping

It might be a major undertaking, initially, to get them all together to get ready to go shopping, but a family shop, with my husband and our 4 girls is quite painless....

Both Mark and I were vegetarians when we met and we’ve brought up our kids to be likewise. Whilst not an indication of being healthy, per say, we’re all pretty much on the same page when it comes to food...

Mark’s not a bad cook and i’ve had a lot of experience , and i’d like to say skill, with Italian cuisine thanks to my own dad, that the kids prefer home cooked meals in the main.

We’ll tend to all agree on the fruit and veg, we all love the seed and nuts style breads and like the more healthy Greek yoghurts that we all add things to. Crisps can be an issue sometimes, and the girls (and me!) love their popcorn too - thankfully going for the sweet stuff not that yuck salty rubbish! - but the only thing that they tend to argue over, especially in these supermarkets, are the DVD’s.....

I see some parents and kids and them throwing items into the trolley or running around screaming and I really do thank my lucky stars that our girls are so easy to go out with.....

...as a matter of fact, our 2nd eldest, Jasmin, just the other day berated this boy for running around the dairy isle, much to his mum’s embarrassment.....

Yeah, pretty pain free thank goodness.
