Life is hard, brutal at times...

So my dad I came back to help with my mom is now diagnose with stage 3 Alzheimer's (an awful disease you can't honestly put in stages) my sister-in-law is going onto the hospital for covid, her third time having it so this "herd" immunity or vaccination crap is suspect by the way. It is her THIRD time fighting it!
Find out my wife was exposed (long story), and a great guy I work with just lost his child too. 5:16am, have to sleep and work swing shift a couple more days before time off. AND, people in general are just pissing me off (work in hospitality, so guest service and being NICE is actually in the job description!). With so much to be thankful for really, turn 50 on Thanksgiving this week is starting bad with a chance to be awful early.
Heck, my school hasn't even won their 1st football game yet!

I guess I can now understand those idiots who participated in that "Scream hopelessly at the sky" felt back in 2016.
Maybe a Chinese run America under the new administration will somehow make things better, so there is that...

I am sorry to read you're struggling. I really hope things improve in the future. This year does indeed suck.

@Miram It is a struggle, but even with it all, as hard as it is to see, still a lot to be thankful for. Just needed to post/vent something, to say out loud if online anonymously.
I do appreciate your kind comment, thank you.
