mophie charging cases suck there is no way to troubleshoot them when they fail do not buy their cheap yet overpriced plastic garbage for $100 their product should work smooth seriously pissed about this

It should have a warranty of at least a year. If it doesn't work, return or exchange it. I haven't had any issues with the Mophie products we've purchased over the years.

@MissTeriousAura It's rare anything in this world works 100% of the time, especially electronics that need to be charged and reset from time to time. I'm sorry it stopped working for you. Maybe you got a bad one. I'd take it back to the place I bought it if it stopped working within the warranty time.

On a secondary note - don't you have to plug in the charging case too? Just skip the middle man and plug in your phone.
