I Wish My Mind Had A Delete Button

I'm only young but it feels like I've lived a long live of heartbreak and grief. The past few years have been somewhat tough; in 2017, my granddad died whom I was very connected too, I loved him with all my heart, if not for him I wouldn't know squat about computers and more... Then last year my great nan died, followed by a swift break up from my ex boyfriend because apparently I was being too 'sad'.

I just wish I could wipe the past few years away but I know that isn't gonna happen. :/

I think it can help to write about it.You'll find other outlets to help get you through slumps as well,in time. Hey,you're young-there's plenty of insanity and grief to look forward to! But we learn to manage-usually.

I've been through plenty of therapy,drug rehab,anger mgmt,depression issues,etc.
so if I can pass along any hard-earned gems, then it's good for me to reach out.

'this too shall pass' simple stuff like that is easy to lose sight of when we're in the grips of emotional wreckage.

I was at a funeral today, and well, the guy had a good long run and the sun was out and hugged lots of friends-that hadn't happened for a while. We can always choose a positive outlook somehow.
