I Am Canadian

I am Canadian but sometimes I wonder about my children! My daughter is obsessed with all things Korean such as K pop and the language which she has been self taught for the past year until she found herself her very own Korean boyfriend! And my boys are obsessed with all things Russian! To which they are also learning the language and songs! Don’t get me wrong I think it’s great that my children learn new languages, I just don’t know where these obsessions came from?!

I know!!!! My kid is all about Japanese culture. Speaks the language too!!! I’m like where did this come from? It’s a good thing but just never would have thought it would be a factor. So happy you shared

@Quoththeraven I'm a Canadian of Scottish, Irish, and a very small part Native American descent. I also have a profound interest in many different nations and their cultures.

British, Scottish, French, Italian, Egyptian, Russian, German and Japanese, are just a few of them.

As for languages, I speak a bit of French, Spanish, German, Italian and Japanese.
