Bedroom athletics is not unlike other athletics. No one starts out as a marathon runner, they start with short runs and then keep practicing until they get better. The secret to improvement however lies in knowing you need to improve. The runner knows not he has problems if no one takes the time to tell him he needs work on some aspect. Practice and communicate. He will learn in time (hopefully), that like a good racecar, a woman needs he motor warmed up before the big race.

Have you both sat down and discussed this? You have to start somewhere intimately. Start small. With kisses. Talk about how it feels. Proceed slowly. The goal is not an orgasm or some wild thing you have heard happens. It is about caring and sharing. And what feels good. It grows with time especially at your age. It doesn't have to be complicated. Intimacy and sex is fun and enjoyable. Just try that. I am reading your answers. If you have no chemistry, you cannot make it. Either you want to pleasure him or you don't. Same with him. Start there.

Try doing it in the kitchen instead...
