I Am Confused About My Relationship

So my bf doesnt take me in dates...the last time I asked he told me 'I'm over doing it'. Last week Thursday he reached home late cause he had a bday party to attend. Tonight he's late cause he went to a sale w his buddy. When I called him I asked how was the sale....u ready to chat?...the phone started sounding like an ecco when he replied 'I didn't tell u call me'. I calmly replied oh I know we talk at 7 on evenings. He said no. I asked oh what time will u be ready....he said next half an hr..I giggled and calmly said' u take ur time..chat in a bit.
What u all thing abt His replies...and i dont know if hes on games and why? It pissed the hell out if me.
