@WelshLovely Not many people today would understand the line about lucifers and fags LOL. And the lyrics work without it.

@badminton Cigarettes were called fags because of the original faggot meaning bundle of sticks for burning. Language evolves and people have a nasty habit of attaching meaning to words which just weren't there when songs were written.
I love matches being called Lucifers though. I think it sounds fab :)
