You need to pull your knee across your body like the girl in the pic and then pull it towards your shoulder as much as you can to help stretch your gluteus muscles in your bum. This will help loosen the muscles in your back.@Hayleylocks

That's horrible. And I know what it's like. They wanted to do surgery on me, and I wouldn't let them. I'm glad I didn't. My back is a lot better. And yes, you're WAY too young to be having back problems. I hope it gets better. 🤗
I twisted a muscle in my lower back,before my first date with my now Mrs..I was setting the video ( yup,I'm that old!) And since then,it flares up occasionally... grrrrrrrr Try Yoga/Pilates..does help
