The music in the video games of our day was not meant to be awesome
they were little files on machines that had tiny processors and tiny drives
The sound files were usually annoying
but they did what they were designed to do ,,they got you're attention
Hey new game over here
See video games have not been around all that long
I never had one growing up
When I came home from service ,,my Dad was playing tank and pong
We have came a long way in a very short period of time
You would know that ,,if you were old enough LOL

@rckt148 Depends on how far back you're talking about. Pretty sure the Atari 2600 wasn't even capable of music, was it? The Commadore 64 was the first video game system I know of having full music, but it didn't sound very great unless you were very skilled with it. @Imanomi Yea ,it only made noise when you hit the ball or tank in the first games ,,unless it was the bigger machines like in bars, game rooms
then they had a type of music to get you're attention ,,
But I was messing with the poster over the word "Boomer "
as if they can compare anything ,,my generation laid the frame work for
It did suck in comparison like a bag phone compared to a smart phone today
most of the things taken for granted today were new tech so of coarse they have better graphics and sound cards today ,,then it was just a speaker that made noise ,the sound card had not been developed yet
All that progressed pretty fast after Jobs and Gates developed the smaller processors ,the windows 3.1 instead of DOS
Now tech has really taken off
but I was in one of those moods ,,I was just messing with him ,,I was wrong
But its like them being upset if you call young people "Kid"
I have a son thats 11 ,,I am not meaning him any disrespect when I say he is my "Kid" there is no one I am more proud of then my kids and grand kids .
My Daughter is almost 42 ,,I have called her "My Kid" her whole life
she knows thats not a cut down or meant to belittle her
Now my grand Kids are 23 ,19 ,19 and almost 18
So when I say kid its not meant to show disrespect
But I think a comment ,today verses boomers ,as he invented better music himself ,I took it as it was meant to say this generations is better ,or more skilled ,,a dis ..but I could be wrong ,,like I said
I was in a lot of pain ,I was very tired
a lot of people got under my skin that day
I was wrong ,,I tried to apologize to another guy I messed with too
but all that lead to was him talking more crap and trying to school me
His being rude and unkind to a member was "His truth ",he is just brutally honest ,,but me speaking mine telling him that he was unkind and an ass
well I guess its a double standard ,,I was wrong for what I said ,he wasn't
This young man (Siril) I am sorry I messed with him ,,it was just a word
I should have just agreed we have come a long way since then .
The other guy was just an ass ,I am sorry now that I said I was sorry trying to be the bigger man
He was a rude asshole ,and here we don't go by his version of truth
we have community guidelines ,,I should have just reported him and let Admin show him some truth

Bloodborne is simply an artistic masterpiece from start to finish, whether we're talking music, art direction, gameplay, etc. All of it is just incredible.
