I Love Music

I started listening to Rock operas recently some time ago and I like the atmosphere and the stories being told. My first experience of listening to rock operas was Pink Floyd’s The Wall and it took me by surprise after the second listen and the first time watching the blu-ray of Rodger Waters the wall. The second album I listened to was Queensryche Operation Mindcrime and the story in that was powerful and shockingly relevant today, then I went on a concept album binge and some of the stories were a bit naff, but the soundtrack was good and others had average playability but the stories were better.

Any of you listened to any concept albums recently?

Jeff Wayne's War Of The Worlds is an all time favourite, as is The Similitude Of A Dream by The Neal Morse Band and The Whirlwind by Transatlantic
