I Love Writing Letters
Dear younger self,
They told me that you never get over your first love. Believe me when I say the first heartbreak is the worst but you do get over it and you do eventually love again. It takes times to get over that first love, its true but eventually you do heal and you will see that its probably one of your biggest life lessons yet. You are yet to meet the woman of your dreams at this point but when she comes along she is going to sweep you off your feet and love you with such a passion that it will make you realise why all those previous failed relationships didnt work out. Don't go looking for love, love will find you when the time is right.
Things are tough for you right now and you often question how much more you can take and you think that things wont get better ... but they do. Dont make any hasty decisions when your mad, angry, or sad... you will only regret them.
You have never wanted children ... guess what baby? Yep your now a mum and your son is your absolute world. You will question how you even lived so long without him In your life. You will feel a love so strong that it simply couldnt be broken, its unconditional. He is perfect by the way. His a mini you infact.
You will have ups and downs ... but the ups will become a whole lot more frequent. You're still learning and trying to deal with your past. Keep on pushing because you get there in the end. You must believe in yourself. Learn to believe in you.
