Is Bob Dylan really Nostradamus?

I'm not sure how brilliantly prophetic he was considering that the times WERE changing a lot right around the time of the Kennedy assassination when he wrote and recorded this song and, although I have at times enjoyed his music, I don't see his views as incredibly insightful, just very reflective of the times he was then living through along with the many young members of the most populous generation in recorded human history.
