Uptown - best early Prince song?

I can't get over this, it's a keeper .....:)

I remember being in a record store (yes, a record store!) and they had a poster of him w/leg warmers...this was early on...and I thought "who is this guy?"...or "what is this guy?"...a sad end to a brilliant artist.
Great song!
