Ultra Violet (u2)
I loved this song as a 14 year old adolescent, teenage kid. Maybe it makes me sentimental over the original but I really do find the emotions displayed in the recorded version stand out more than on this.
A thoughtful comment on youtube, rare I know sometimes, said, he always tried to love this song but the melodies were hidden and the arrangements of instruments were muffled. Might be a difference in interpretation. I don't hear the original emotions of the song here, and I know thats something U2 has had a difficult time in addressing as they have progressed.
