Any one remember "Saturday night at the moovies"

@Uncfred Never heard of the song. It was an NBC TV show that showed recent movies.

It was a hit in the sixties in the UK.

@Elandra77 You got it, I knew it was a four man group, the words keep going through my head along with the tune.

@Uncfred I gave the original LP which was release in 1965. The sonh however came out in 1964. The name of the LP is "The Good Life".

This is the title track. By this time The Drifters has lost their fan base in the US.

@Elandra77 I can remember the era, and the groups (Tamla), and of course the single artists. Ben Sherman shirts and brogue shoes, centre parting sometimes back combed hair.and
