As much as I respected him and his music, I would counter that he left when it was right for him. He suffered for a long time.:(

Prince turned heads and set new expectations ... he is still inspiring musicians

Michael Jackson needed Quincy Jones or a great producer. Prince did it all.

I was also definitely a Prince fan, since college.
