Why not spend life in heaven with your friends. I know about hell. I read about it and its not what you think. You wont be with your friends in hell. You'll be busy being tortured by demons and it will hurt.
In heaven, you're with God and everything is beautiful there and its all for eternity. You wont get out of being in hell. No one will remember yoy. Its your choice. God will decide that. Be careful of what you say or do. God judges you on that and remember you can't back out once it happens when the day the Lord comes back.

noaht43- if god does not like my choice in friends that's fine, but don't punish others for what you don't see, (we all have friends that our other friends don't like, it is up to us to link them together)
surfdas- and in my view, we all have those friends who we would walk through hell for, and no matter what the suffering was, it wouldn't be as bad knowing they are standing there with you.

I thought about it a lot too. There is so much written in the bible that will send you to hell some things that aren't in your power to control like knowledge of god or not accepting the Holy Spirit.
Hell isn't for only "bad" people.
