Great on yellow cake cupcakes!!

1 stick of butter, softened
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons rice milk
3 teaspoons orange extract
2 Tablespoons grated orange rind (approximate

Cream together the butter and the powdered sugar, then add the rice milk and the orange extract, and whip together thoroughly.

Frost your cupcakes, and then lightly grate the orange rind over the tops.
