I See The Signs Of The Times

Jacksonville Florida is going to train citizens to work along side police to try and curb the murders everyday

This has been tried in other cities ,but failed due to cops thinking citizens thinking they are actual cops

Citizens feeling disrespected by law enforcement unwilling to recognize their contribution

Guardian Angels made an impact by just riding the transit systems making their presence known

But this is something else ,,when crime is so out of control ,city leaders admit they need help

Cops alone are not getting the job done anymore ,,,,we really are evolving
