What movies with the lowest of budgets have effected the way people made future films?
This is low funding at the time mind you...as older movies obviously had less funding than most modern ones.

Terminator was made on a small budget & had a disproportionate effect on film techniques.
Star Wars was also on a fairly modest budget

@firefall: I remember hearing that during the first Sarah Conner attack (As in the first one he killed) Cameron couldn't get a license...so he was there with Arnie with a spare set of clothes hidden under the car.
