Marvels vs DC

I like Marvel movies, but DC has better character development and encounters in comics, like the Flash losing his mother, Static Shock growing up with a single parent, and Batman being an orphan. I think DC has characters tied closer to the audience emotions, in my opinion.

@AnukBinary: Here's what keeps me from "choosing a side." Despite how I feel about the quality of the comics, I still can't choose one side's characters over the other.
