Sometimes I Notice The Most Random Things While Watching Old Movies....

In one of those Spaghetti Westerns with Clint Eastwood there was someone cracking eggs and frying them. They must have been the highest grade eggs because the yolks were standing up so nice they looked like orange balls cut in half. You don’t see that with store bought eggs these days, the yolks spread out and it was even worse last year when the prices went way up, they were selling the lowest grades of eggs with really fragile shells too. Anyway the movie was made in Italy and I’m thinking they know how to raise chickens for eggs and feed them good food over there.
