Look if you enjoy true crime, that's cool, I get why it's interesting. But please stop acting like it makes you different.

@DemonicDelight I've enjoyed my fair share of true crime before. I can also enjoy talking about it with others. But fucking fandoms are what ruins it.

@JupiterDreams There is something oddly morbid about it, isn't there. Like...mysteries are fun but it hurts knowing someone had to get hurt or killed.

It's why I've always liked fictional murder mysteries best, like whodunnit movies.

@BlueMetalChick Yeah... I used to really be into true crime. Not to be trendy but because I've always been interested in why people do what they do/the psychology behind it

But I wound up giving myself terrible anxiety after all that research on cases that were pretty awful and upsetting, so I had to stop
