What is the oldest show you watched?

By @BlueRain
Degbeme · 70-79, M
Test Pattern 🤔

DrWatson · 70-79, M
@Degbeme Great answer! Lots of folks have probably never seen them. (Or the patriotic sign-offs when stations went off the air late at night.)
Degbeme · 70-79, M
@DrWatson Oh yeah I forgot about the national anthem being played.
quinnlynn · 46-50, F
The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show.
quinnlynn · 46-50, F
@DrWatson An extremely smart decision, she had great comedic timing. My favorite parts were when she'd be doing something with her neighbor, Blanche.
The way they'd giggle was infectious.
DrWatson · 70-79, M
@quinnlynn I loved Blanche's attitude toward Gracie: amused by her flightiness and yet obviously loving her.
quinnlynn · 46-50, F
@DrWatson As well as confused by it at times, yet still sweet about it. Yep, I loved that too.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
Original version of The Little Rascals.
SweetMae · 70-79, F
@cherokeepatti Those were great. I remember them too.

SweetMae · 70-79, F
It think it was "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet. 1952
DrWatson · 70-79, M
@SweetMae True. Credits in movies were a lot shorter back then too. Now they seem to have to mention anyone who ever wanders onto the set, including the guy who delivers donuts!
DrWatson · 70-79, M
@Harriet03 You haven't met Ozzie on here, I take it? 😂
Harriet03 · 41-45, F
