Has the death of any character on TV or in movies stuck with you as a powerful moment?

For example: John Cofey in The Green Mile was a moving moment.

His murder scene can still make me cry just thinking about it...😢...

RIP Opie... Call me a loser, but I'm still greiving the loss of SOA period. I hate TV, but they felt personal to me, especially him. He was quite yummy too.😋

That's a great example. I'm such a wuss that I get teary eyed when Charlotte dies in Charlotte's Webb. I die over pets and people that the character dies. I'm very connected to my emotions. As a child my parent's limited my television viewing because of those deep emotions.

There was quite a powerful episode of One Tree Hill where the bullied kid (spoiler alert) kills himself in the end.. that was quite impactful, the whole episode was actually.
