Anyone know the asian movie where

a women who I think is Chinese gets kidnapped and she manages to use wires to get a signal to call someone. She finally reaches a man and the man decides to help her. I think it was on netflix but now I cant find it nor remember the name.

I saw a similar movie but it was an older white lady who dialed through an old house phone to a young guy in his cell phone & he has to keep the call on because she doesn’t know where she is
