Why does telenovelas always have white Hispanics

All actor are white or light skin

Cause Latinos vary in skin color like other races. It could be also white favoritism or white privilege. I'm a white latina for ex.

Yes, I’ve lived in Panama and I’ve had friends from Puerto Rico and I’ve heard some of the ugly things their families say about dark brown skinned people. White is the beauty standard @Mariocrespo8546
