I Am Socially Awkward

It can be so freakn cringey. I can be so happy for the smallest thing or just really quiet! I can't have a normal conversation with new people or just relatives without saying something stupid. Sometimes I'll just be sitting there with people making random face expressions or talking to myself because i zone out looking menally challenged. I can laugh at the wrong times or not at all. I hate going to new places if I need to talk to people. So much regret lol makes me want to peel my face off.
