I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

It would be nice if there was a way to just follow people without having to friend. Okay, I know that sounds kinda creepy Lol. But seriously, I see some interesting posts from people on here and would like my feed to show more things that I might be interested in reading, but I don't necessarily want to 'friend' them.
