I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

I have requested numerous times to have a download of my EP stories sent to my email account and I have yet to see anything. Maybe they weren't the greatest stories in the world, but I was kind of attached to them. Will I ever see this process completed? I feel as if I loaded all my valuables onto the moving van, and it ran off the side of the road, and now all my belongings are scattered all over the highway, and random motorists are picking through them.
