Can we have a temporary report category for people spreading false information about Covid-19?

There's currently a woman saying she's an essential worker and stating that this is all a big conspiracy.

There's no way to report that incredibly dangerous statement.

I think half the management at ANY job though is non essential. I know among them there is an amnesia pandemic. Especially a few of the dumb ass bosses at my job.
