Can we have a temporary report category for people spreading false information about Covid-19?

There's currently a woman saying she's an essential worker and stating that this is all a big conspiracy.

There's no way to report that incredibly dangerous statement.

@CheshireCatalyst Protecting people from themselves has never been my forte. Never before has anyone cared for my guidance in that so now is no different for me.
