I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

I hope SW give us a simple link (if we choose to use it) on our profile page that would take members to an "index" that we could create for all of our stories and questions.

Such as a page link this:
https://similarworlds.com/813725-I-White-Board/2160536-I-wish-SW-had-a-more-effective-way-to-do-this-but

(Also, I estimate it will take about 5 pages to index 20 pages worth of stories/questions because of the character limitations SW has put on page creations. Not exactly user-friendly, but it is what it is.)

For example:

I still don't understand why the "About Me" box/link has to be way over on the right side of the page where it's almost unnoticeable.

Similarly, the pull-down menu for "Stories and Questions" is nearly transparent and off and way out of the way.

If a user clicks on another member's profile, that's a good indicate they want to know more about them.

So why not then have the "About Me" button and "Story/Question" index button over where all other links about the member are located?

And there's plenty of space to create a simple index link where the "Photos Friends Groups Replies Gifts" links are.

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion.

What is the difference between the index you're proposing and the actual profile page, which already has all your posts and a preview of each?

Kind regards,
Nuno

🙂 Thank you for the response, Nuno, and for all you do.

Suggesting that the About Me button be moved over to where the other buttons and links are.

Also suggesting that if Members can create an Index page of sorts

example:
https://similarworlds.com/813725-I-White-Board/2160536-I-wish-SW-had-a-more-effective-way-to-do-this-but

... that a link be made available in that same area.

@beckyromero I understood that. But what I'm asking is the difference between the index you suggested on that example, and your current profile, which already has an index, with 20 posts per page.

The pages I made are categorized and can list much more than 20 posts per page.

(I understand there are character limits that one can put on a page, much of which is used up by the characters in the URL)

Only suggesting that a a link for such a page (if members want to make such pages) could be up there in the profile section per the image I created for it.
