I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

What's up with this new feature where I see people's responses to questions but I have no idea what the question was? Why would I care about that? I don't know what it is and it has nothing to do with me.

@hunkalove I didn't know SW had an icon. Maybe because I'm on an ancient iPod? I still don't get anything that says "Customize Feed". That yin/yang thingy just takes me back to the most recent posts.
