I know it can be daunting so good luck with it. Remember you shouldnt feel obligued to reveal your scars or thoughts until you are ready. And take comfort in the fact that you are able to get help.

Remember the therapist is there to help you not judge you, you have nothing to be scared of. I had a great relationship with my therapist she helped me so much and I hope yours does to.
