I Know About Long Distance Relationships

Relationships that start long-distance seem to be the only ones that work for me. It is just incredibly difficult for me to find anyone at all like me in my immediate vicinity - especially where I live now - and I am terrible at socializing anyway. The internet has been my best friend in this regard, though for the last three years it has let me down terribly.

For anti-social people, online communication is so much better, and I find that connecting with others comes more naturally. So, feelings can often come out of forming these connections. Not always a good thing, but there's a lot of people who do enter a relationship this way and often times they're much stronger than a relationship that is local, probably because of all that previous time and energy into communicating through text.
