I Feel Inadequate

It's dark and lonely in this place called my mind. This lonely place overtakes me as it is cluttered with so many thoughts, its hard to breathe. The words resonate playing over and over, i am in a torture chamber and cannot escape this horror i feel I am my own worst enemy.
