Could this now MAN play in the NFL? What about PED test? Do you think they should make an exception?

This person will need to be on TRT high dosages for the rest of his life. I'm asking this question because this will happen one day in the NFL.

@Kingfish28 Yeah, that sucked the hell out the league.
Magenta · F
@Kingfish28 Not a man to me either.
If anything taken is on the banned substance list, they can't play. One's reason or identity doesn't matter.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@SooperSarah That's what I think as well. Hope it stays that way, no offence to the guy, but rules are rules.
@Synyster the nfl has nothing to gain by muddying their rules for certain exceptions.

How repulsive. Yikes.
I don't know, I could see all sorts of issues arising if they allow this. Besides if she was born a woman her body structure, internal and otherwise, is different than a man's.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@Magenta Yup, me either my friend, I'm not buying it.
Magenta · F
@Synyster Sweet. A man (person) who stands their ground. 🥰
Synyster · 51-55, M
@Magenta Yes, ma'am.
😉🥰

This crap will stop when someone "forces" their way into a sport and gets killed doing it.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@xixgun This could happen in a sport that's violent. Agree.
HannahSky · F
They'll accommodate eventually. It's already hitting the Olympics and what to do.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@HannahSky Interesting. They've tested Serena Williams many times. Crazy world we live in.
HannahSky · F
@Synyster they're all just pumped up with drugs. Male, female, doesn't matter.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@HannahSky Yeah, you gotta wonder right. I can tell by someone's physique that they're juiced up. lol
WindTherapy · 56-60, M
The percentage of folks who make the NFL is very very low. I doubt given age and how long it would take to achieve the equivalent physique they'd likely be past their prime. So I wouldn't anticipate this being a problem at least in the near future. But I understand where you're going with this. I thought I read where a man who transformed to a woman won a cycling championship. This same type of question was posted. In physical types of sports I could see the man to woman issue being much more prevalent.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@WindTherapy Agree 100%. It would take this guy a long time to get to the right physique to even be considered as a candidate for the NFL, let alone his skills if he has any.
WindTherapy · 56-60, M
@Synyster Exactly. But never say never. :)
Synyster · 51-55, M
@WindTherapy 👍️
The PED testing will eliminate any chances of him playing in the NFL.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@wilderflower Imagine that? All the players would be on something. It's bad enough many get away with it.
@Synyster Business right?

As a kicker maybe. I dont think a woman could take anything to give the body mass and bone structure of an NFL caliber athlete.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@FreeSpirit1 But remember, if this now male, keeps up with TRT and works out, he will put on muscle. He'll be able to take the hits.
FreeSpirit1 · 51-55, F
@Synyster I doubt it.
He looks way too small for the NFL. He's cute, but he needs to tone down the hand gestures a bit.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@MistyCee Well for now, but since he needs to continue his testosterone therapy, if he works out and eats a high calorie intake, he'll put on mass for sure.

I'm only using this as an example of a possibility.
@Synyster Hmm. Maybe, but the NFL is really tough.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@MistyCee No question about that.

There female body parts internally will still be there. Which will make it harder to compete with other men. But definetely the world will allow it.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@SW-User
It's hard to tell, but I understand what you mean.
ChampagneOnIce · 51-55, F
If he wants to play and has experience / is good enough why shouldn’t he play?
Synyster · 51-55, M
@ChampagneOnIce Drug testing, he's on TRT aka Anabolic Steroids.
ChampagneOnIce · 51-55, F
@Synyster Oh. Well, that’s a problem if that’s not allowed. He needs it, but players aren’t supposed to take it. I think allowing it could lead to more issues in a sport that’s already got enough problems.
Synyster · 51-55, M
@ChampagneOnIce That's exactly what I think. There are problems with that in other sports.

@SW-User You see where I'm going with this? You can't have rules for one person and different for the rest.

@SW-User Yup ... Look at Julian Edelman, he's my size, actually, I weight more, and he was caught with SARMS last year.
