I am a biracial woman and religious minority in a country run by a government aided by religious extremists political party. I think I am as much hated as LBGT community.
@Andy69 I keep quiet and try not to get involved in anything with extremists. Fortunately, the state government where I am living opposes their obnoxious tactics. So I am safe.
@JBird I am so glad indeed that you are safe, that's how it should be, I recommend highly that people of all sexual orientation be extremely private, maybe even remain in the closet, so less hassle and much safer that way.
