Pence opposed a law that would prohibit discrimination against LGBT people in the workplace

The Employment Non-Discrimination Act would have banned discrimination against people based on sexual orientation. Pence voted against that law in 2007 and later said the law “wages war on freedom and religion in the workplace.”

Here is also information on the Religious Freedom law that Pence signed during his time as Governor in Indiana.

Pence also defended his wife for working at a school that excludes lgbt students and staff.
Trump: Working to decriminalize Homosexuality around the globe.
What is he in particular doing for this? How is he enforcing this in the US?
Also Trump: Appointed the first Gay Ambassador. Richard Grenell to Germany
Err, won't be the first homosexual ambassador, and I doubt he was appointed coz being homosexual as neither of the previous did. To correct your misunderstanding, here will be a complete list of US ambassadors who publicly identified as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or otherwise part of the LGBT community at the time of their appointment:

But hey, maybe you just read your little news memo wrong this morning, happens.

Looks like he should get hold on USA while looking at it, eh? As for your upright stupidious and knee-jerk remarks about liberals and democrats... They speak for themselves and tells a story about you. Have a lovely day.

Check his actual policy out for yourself.
Liberals and Democrats: Trump is homophobic we hate trump
Who's saying Trump is homophobic or that liberals "hate him?" Trump does employ a clearly discriminatory policy and he is a danger to the country. It's not that we hate him - we want him out of power.
Also Liberals and Democrats: Not do anything when Antifa, a left wing extremist group attacks a gay, conservative journalist (Andy Ngo)
Liberals, conservatives and decent citizens on all sides are charged with calling out bad behavior. Antifa has nothing to do with 99.8% or Democrats. Extremists are extremists.

@strangerthanfiction And I respect your opinion even if I find fault. I think you'll find more spending occurs with the Rep's. That aside, just know that some Dems favor the 2nd amendment (with regulation, just like we regulate everything else in this country). Most all really do want to solve the immigration issue or at least mitigate it - we just differ in our approaches. So maybe there's common ground in the middle somewhere, but both sides have to be willing to come to the table without a laundry list of what's wrong with the other side.

LOL As if any of that is true!

as @rhouse posted,
James Catherwood Hormel is an American philanthropist and a former United States Ambassador to Luxembourg; appointed by U.S. President Bill Clinton in 1999, Hormel was the first openly LGBT person to serve as a U.S. Ambassador and is a noted LGBT activist.
Good try!!!

The whole "attack" on Andy Ngo was a farce, might want to do some research!
Pherick · 41-45, M
@Djac17 What proof do you have of that?

@ISpeakTheTruth Yes. That's fine, I have no problem giving trump credit for appointing a gay ambassador, just can't claim to have been the first ever Ambassador who was gay, as the OP did.
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
Prove Trump is working to decriminalize homosexuality since Alabama removed marriage licenses and some politicians openly stated they were happy because it would make it harder for LGBT to marry.

I think pence believes in conversion therapy.

Also Ngo is a piece of crap who provokes people and then cries when he gets slapped.

I strongly condemn violent protests and the attack Andy Ngo. Antifa is as violent now as white extremists.
Andy Ngo wasn't attacked because he was gay. Don't use that card here.
He is fierce critic of Antifa. He follows them around to record their mayhem.

Good points. The left is in favor of gay rights unless it's a Moslem country or Moslem cultural enclave. The criticism is fair and well taken although I am not a Trump supporter generally.

Not so much, no. Yet another lie to add to the mountain.

@Djac17
Although the decriminalization strategy is still being hashed out,
AKA There is no plan, we are just saying this to try and piss off Iran.

While I would applaud any real effort at this being done, when your VP believes in conversion therapy, its kind of like eating a shit sandwich on really good bread. Breads great, but it's still a shit sandwich.

James Hormel was appointed to be Ambassador to Luxembourg by Bill Clinton in 1999 almost 18 years before Trump became President.
