How can I calm my wife down ?

My wife goes on trips with this company for adults with mental disabilities she got upset because there was a fight going on. She was right next to the people who were fightin she's luckily the guy didn't turn on her if I been there I would have kicked his ass. She had to cover her ears because he was cussing and yelling at the girl so loud he punched her 4 or 5 times she lucky she wasn't that girl. She's going on another trip Friday but she's not sure she wants to she doesn't like seeing or hearing people screaming and cussing she was literally sitting on the other side of the guys girlfriend. She's very upset. How can I calm her down ?
