@JayneA the problem with putting your interests and a pic is that you expose your self to the bad side of sw. the side that is looking for people to harass, bully, catfish, pickup and send dic pics. it would be nice if we could be safe online but we can not particularly women. i get unsolicited pms every day from men looking for sex/relatonship / hookups. at this is without a pic and a bio. i learned the hard way. i had a cyberstalker. i agree it would be nice, it would be awesome if we could. but only a fool would be that open.

@ladycae That is a fair and reasoned comment, it is just a shame that openness couldn't be clearer to eradicate the idiots and those who harass others just for their own pleasure. I agree about getting unwanted pm's and messages from men when my profile clearly states they are unwanted. It would also be nice to see those who bully others on grounds that are clearly wrong removed from the site. Maybe I am just too foolish or idealistic.
