It likely depends on who and where they’re getting married. If it’s considered a same sex marriage, then the laws will vary by state and country.

As long as it’s otherwise legal, being trans shouldn’t affect the union.

You really have to talk to a lawyer where you are planning on getting married... Any community that doesn't do same sex marriage would probably be out. But there are many communities that do, so you should be able to work something out.

Think about it, If you are trans, then you are Male or Transforming yourself to Female. Accordingly dependent on your birth certificate (which you can change if necessary to woman or Trans.) you can have a Gay wedding (But not in some Churches)dressed as a Woman. or if you have had the final op. as a woman also. The person taking the Oath at a Register Office, is not worried about Gender, or what you are dressed up as, You can even go as a gorilla if you wanted.As long as you can sign the Marriage Register. So if you both love each other. Tie the knot.
