Why does my wife do this ?

My wife is pregnant she's been really depressed lately she cries at everything I never seen her so sad. She's usually not one to cry she's usually always happy. She even cried at the addiction network commercial. Even watching her favorite shows on Destination America channel which talks about haunted places in America and ghost and stuff she loves watching it but it makes her cry now especially when they talk about children. Ive been with her 5 years I don't think I ever seen her cry once till now. Why does she cry so much ? How can I help her feel better ?

Seems to be a theme here lately ,like someone looking to hear all the ways people comfort someone crying ,
The answer for this one is she pregnant ,Hormones all out of whack
just be there ,
not much you can do for someone who does not know why they are crying themselves

She's pregnant, and as a result of all the hormones running amok in her body, an emotional mess. Support her, listen to her, and let her know how happy you are that ya'll will be parents soon. BTW, CONGRATS!!

She can't help it. Pregnancy hormones are like a crying pill. After she delivers the baby, she will probably be really, really depressed for a month, too.

And you know um hormones?
Just be like supportive and comfort her when she's sad
