I Was Tempted
A major thing for humans to master is pleasure seeking. If you do not curb it even in times without necessity, you will not learn this lesson. It is not just binges that can ruin you. Train yourself to deny indulgence and stimuli. It will not remove the want but you will find you control it. Beware regimenting and adhering to it, that is not the strategy. When you become confined to a schedule you will face frustration at it's removal, that is a want. You instead must hold to the events around you, bend as they desire.
